The Family is aware that, to remain competitive, the facilities and grounds at Hidden Valley must be constantly maintained and upgraded. An addition to the recreation hall was added last year and plans are presently in the works for an emergency generator system to keep the water and the sewer plant operating during the periods of commercial power failure.

The management feels that you will be pleasantly surprised at the cost of the lot rentals, which include water, sewage, garbage, and trash costs, the recreation facilities already mentioned, and such things as street lights and paved roads.
